Iggy Mann, B.Comm, CFP®

Founder & Principal Advisor

Iggy has been advising families and business owners since 1989. A UBC Commerce graduate and Certified Financial Planner, he combines strategic thinking, technical expertise, and a clear, client-centered approach to optimized wealth planning.

He developed the Virtual Round Table, a collaborative planning model that brings together specialists in insurance, tax, law, banking, investment management, underwriting, and actuarial analysis to create fully coordinated solutions for clients.

Known for his clarity, integrity, and big-picture perspective, Iggy focuses on understanding each client’s story and long-term goals—what matters today and what they want to preserve for tomorrow. A firm believer in legacy and paying it forward, he approaches every plan with a multi-generational mindset.

Outside of work, he previously volunteered for many years coaching youth sports and remains an active supporter of varsity and amateur Olympic athletes, along with community organizations such as Reach Child and Youth Development Society and Delta Hospital Foundation—reflecting his belief in leadership, mentorship, and opportunity — to help build strong communities.

Chris Ireland CPA, CA, TEP

After 40+ years of practicing, first at KPMG Canada (tax partner) and then with PPI Advisory (Senior Vice-President in charge of PPI’s Professional Services Group), Chris now consults with a limited number of HNW advisors and clients on tax, estate, and succession planning.

A Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) and Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP), Chris is a past chair of STEP Canada, STEP Vancouver, and the Estate Planning Council of Vancouver.

Chris has published numerous papers and presented for several professional organizations including STEP, the Canadian Tax Foundation, CPA Canada, and CPA British Columbia.

Jonathan Veale CIM®, CFA®

Founder & Portfolio Manager

Jonathan is a co-founder and portfolio manager at DeLuca Veale Investment Counsel, bringing more than 24 years of investment management experience to the firm. In addition to managing portfolios, he serves as the firm’s president.
Jonathan completed two undergraduate degrees at the University of Toronto and Ryerson University before beginning his career at a major Canadian financial institution in 1993.

He earned his Canadian Securities Course designation early on and achieved his Canadian Investment Manager (CIM) designation in 1995. In 1997, he moved to the investment division of a Canadian bank, where he was awarded both the Fellow of the Canadian Securities Institute (FCSI) honour and the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation.Following a promotion to branch manager, Jonathan pursued the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation, which he earned in 2000.

In 2006, Jonathan and Richard DeLuca founded DeLuca Veale Investment Counsel Inc., and in 2013 launched RealStream Investment Properties LP to provide clients with a real estate investment option.

Today, Jonathan and his team serve more than 700 households.

Romeo Vitagliano FALU, FLMI, ACS

Vice-President, Professional Services Group

With more than 40 years in the insurance industry and 18 years at PPI, Romeo is widely recognized for his advanced underwriting expertise and collaborative approach. As Vice- President, Professional Services Group, he leads PPI’s underwriting strategy and promotes advanced underwriting as a cornerstone of successful insurance planning in the High-Net-Worth market. He works closely with advisors, carriers, reinsurers, and other partners to bring this strategy to life.

Romeo began his career in 1981 in insurance sales before transitioning to underwriting, progressing through increasingly senior roles over two decades. He later founded an insurance services consulting firm specializing in impaired risk selection, large-case underwriting, and claims adjudication. He is also co-founder of Know the Risk, an underwriting resource now owned by PPI, and continues to contribute content and direction.

A graduate of Concordia University, Romeo is fully bilingual and holds the designations FALU, FLMI, and ACS. He has served in executive roles with HOLUA and AQTV and remains an active member of AHOU and CIU. He continues to publish underwriting articles and speak at industry conferences.

Laroux Peoples JD, TEP

Vice-President, Professional Services

Laroux joined PPI in 2025, bringing over a decade of experience in wills, trusts, estates, and tax planning. A former partner at a leading Ontario law firm and founder of a boutique practice, she now serves as a national subject-matter expert, bridging law, tax, and insurance to support independent advisors with practical estate plans.

At PPI, she consults on primary/secondary wills, family trusts, powers of attorney, shareholder agreements, and beneficiary designations; collaborates with advisors, accountants, and lawyers; and develops tools and training that keep advisors ahead of change.

A frequent speaker, she delivered sessions in 2025 on holistic advisory, resulting trusts, joint ownership, and legislative updates.Recognized in Best Lawyers in Canada (2025) and quoted in The Globe and Mail, Laroux focuses on multi-generational business succession, multijurisdictional estate planning, and dispute avoidance.

She is a member of the Law Society of Ontario (2011), the Canadian Bar Association, the Ontario Bar Association, the Canadian Tax Foundation, and STEP.

Greg McCormack FSA, FCIA

Vice-President, Advanced Markets Group

Greg provides direct leadership to PPI’s Professional Services Group, Advanced Markets Support, and the Advanced Underwriting teams.

In his role, he leverages his product expertise to support insurance advisors in their sales process, including consultations with clients and third-party professional advisors.

He provides fair-market valuations of insurance policies for ownership transfer and estate planning, and conducts evaluations of cross-border foreign policies.

Greg is an accomplished life insurance actuary with extensive experience in building insurance businesses and professional services practices. He has a strong background in pricing, valuation, and asset/liability management, along with a deep understanding of the Canadian individual and group life and health insurance marketplaces.

Greg is known for his leadership, planning, organizing, and execution skills, as well as his ability to communicate technical issues to non-technical parties.

PPI Advisory

PPI Advisory is the MGA where Iggy holds his life insurance license. Their highly credentialed team of accountants, lawyers, actuaries, and advanced underwriting specialists provides research support, advanced tax and estate planning expertise, and customized solutions for complex client needs. PPI’s roots date back to the mid-1970s, with work for some of Canada’s wealthiest families over several decades.

Laroux, Greg, and Romeo are employees of PPI Advisory and collaborate with PGS Mann Consulting to bring specialized legal, actuarial, and underwriting insight to client planning.

Iggy works closely with collaborative partners Chris and Jonathan to deliver integrated solutions for clients.
